Delete Your Taiyaki Account

You can permanently delete your Taiyaki account and all associated data directly from the iOS app.

From the app

1. Open Taiyaki and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. If you have an active subscription, you'll be prompted to cancel it through Apple's settings first.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your library, playback history, and favorites
• Your subscription record (subject to Apple-side cancellation)
• Any chat history with our support team

Lost device access?

If you can't sign into the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We'll process the deletion within 30 days.

Important

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. You must follow the steps above. After deletion, your data cannot be recovered.
